Lumina Plates Ltd (“Lumina,” “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to modify or update these T&Cs at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these T&Cs regularly.

5.1 Pricing: Prices for products are as displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are subject to VAT which will be added to the order total at checkout.

5.2 Payment: Lumina accepts payments through the methods specified on the Website. Payment is due at the time of order placement and all payments shall be made in GBP.

5.3 Pricing inaccuracies: Lumina reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website. In the event of a mispriced product, Lumina reserves the right to cancel the order, even if the order has already been processed and/or we have already requested or received payment. Prior to cancelling, Lumina will notify you of the correct price and offer you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

5.4 Quote changes: The prices quoted may be revised by Lumina subsequent to accepting an order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of Lumina. In that event, you will have the right to cancel your order.

Although regular backups of our Website are performed, Lumina does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.

Lumina will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of content. You acknowledge that Lumina has no liability related to the failure to successfully restore content to a usable state. You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any content in your account (such as invoices) in a location independent of the Website.

Some US states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
