Refund Policy

2.1 Returns Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@luminaltd.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return along with your reason for the returns request. Alternatively, a return can be initiated within your account section on our website.

2.2 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

2.3 Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date if the items are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing problem that cannot be repaired. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at returns@luminaltd.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

2.4 Return Shipping: For all returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Lumina Plates Ltd error or the product arrived defective/damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as the items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
