You must create an online trade account in order to view our product prices. All information is checked by our team before we activate your account.
Click on the “Register” tab on the top right of the page to register your details as a trader.

All orders are shipped from the UK and usually takes 3 – 5 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately by emailing info@luminaltd.co.uk quoting your full name and order number. Please also attach photos of the damaged item(s). We will try our best to quickly send a replacement or offer a full refund on the damaged item(s).
We only supply to traders and a Control4 Dealer ID and a VAT number will be required during registraion.
UK Standard delivery is £7.99 plus VAT
If you have forgot your password or wish to reset it, you can do this the my account section, or lost password page. The email or username that was used during registration will be required. A link will be sent to this email for you to reset your password and log back in to continue your purchase.
